For our next PoCo Eats adventure, we were craving sushi. So we sent our Executive Director, Jennifer McKinnon, to Sushi Fu for some delicious take-out.
You can find Sushi FU by the Shaughnessy Pop-Up Park (also a great place to eat your meal should the weather allow).
The rolls were perfect (maybe the iceberg lettuce in the dynamite roll was a little weird?). They stayed in tact; the ingredients, especially the avocado, were super fresh and green. Amazing. The sashimi and nigiri were cut nice and thick.
An amazing value for under $20! Service was friendly and efficient, we will definitely be back. This little restaurant is no secret though, many take-out orders were awaiting their owners!
