- This contest is open to all kids 12 years and under.
- Return your finished artwork to Downtown PoCo by November 2, 2019.
- You can drop it off at the Downtown PoCo BIA office at Suite E – 2232 McAllister Ave. (door is on Donald St.).
- Or scan and email it to info@downtownpocobia.com
- Or bring it to the Harvest Festival Carnival in Leigh Square on November 2nd.
