We challenged our board members to try new to them restaurants in downtown PoCo. First up we sent Rob Ancell (our Treasurer) and his wife, Claire, to Amigo Pancake House on McAllister. Check out what they had to say about their meal:
My wife and I went to Amigo Pancake House for lunch today. We had been meaning to try the restaurant many times before and we finally had the chance today.
As soon as we walked in, we felt like this was a diner without question. The ambiance, seating arrangements and overall essence made us feel very comfortable. The server was quick with our order and even quicker with bringing out our meals.
My wife had the Eggs Benedict and I enjoyed the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The food was delicious and fresh. I loved the sweet pickles on the burger as well. It was definitely a double napkin meal. We will not hesitate to go back again and try something new.
Probably one of the best kept restaurant secrets around here with great value.
